Participants under this category must use the theme to write an essay or short story on how arts can facilitate the protection and conservation of the goal of wildlife.
Participants under this category should consider ways/approach to protecting wildlife species. Is it possible for biodiversity and humans to co-exist? How should we ensure the sustainability of wildlife species?
Ultimately, how should the authorities and law balance the interests of conservation and animal welfare? Entrants may choose to focus on the regulatory approach in the nation in which they live.
All entries must relate to the protection and conservation of wildlife.
The essay or short story should be double-spaced on A 4 sheet, with 1 1/2 inch margins on the top, bottom and sides. A typewritten copy is preferred. All essays or short stories must be legible and connects to the theme.
The length for short stories/essays should not exceed 500 words (two typewritten pages).
Essays should be carefully and thoroughly proofed for spelling, punctuation, capitalization and grammar errors.
